Like the visible air

Like the visible air

One shot

The beauty of existence is like the air, just because you can't see it...doesn't mean it's not there.

There is no such thing as a good war. There is only death, destruction
and grief in the harshest sense because they are all combined. There is
no such thing as good versus bad. Not one person or colony is evil
while the other is good. Those who think differently have never had to
deal with the reality of what they believe is for the benefit of
mankind. Don’t tell me that a war was the only thing to bring about
peace. Don’t say that to me while I’m staring at a homeless orphan
whose parents were killed in the name of future prosperity. Some people
have said that we must eliminate the enemy for they are corrupt and
destructive. But who is the enemy? We are all equal humans who fight
for what we believe in, and believe in what we fight. Does that make us
evil? Does that make us the enemy? Don’t tell me that there is an
importance difference between a high political official and a farmer
who works to feed his family. Don’t tell me when someone is expendable.
Go look into the eyes of someone you kill and tell me you don’t see
pain and suffering.

I’m not going to tell you that peace can be accomplished with words
alone. I’m not going to say that death is avoidable. For then I would
be lying to you and to myself. There is nothing we can do about wars to
come, about the peace that we fight for. Nothing can be said about the
ruination of our present existence except that it is in human nature
that we destroy ourselves. It is the inevitable. There is no such thing
as a black or white world, and there is no such thing as a grey world.
Those who disagree are the ones who go blindly into battle without
cause or reason.

Peace is an illusion caused by the relief of war, yet wars are
begun in the pretense of striving for serenity. An endless circle that
grows darker with every passing. A hallucination of righteousness
followed by a shadow of affliction that will forever spiral the
actuality of what we humans are born to be. No one deserves to die
without a good reason. I won’t accept that someone was at the wrong
place at the wrong time. Heaven and Hell do not fight over us, they
fight against us. It is for this reason that I have decided to lead a
war, for if we are to continue with the delusional ring of seeking
tranquility, I would rather it be in my hands as opposed to someone who
would find decimation in genocide as just.

I value life…even if perhaps not my own.
